As a child, Parvathi found a favourite pastime in wandering through shopping aisles. She was captivated by
the variety of options and curious about the secret qualities that distinguished one product from another. This
early fascination grew into a lifelong passion for the unique stories that make a brand truly remarkable.
Parvathi began her career in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and has since held management and
consulting roles at Burberry, Estée Lauder, L'Oréal, McKinsey & Company, and Meta (overseeing Unilever
brands). Her experience spans a roster of global brands, including Burberry, La Mer, Olay, Pantene, SK-II,
Vichy, and Wella.
Today, Parvathi focuses on empowering the next generation of business leaders. She partners with startups
and small businesses, frequently those led by women, to create growth paths. Additionally, she works with
the owners of established businesses that are in need of repositioning for growth.
Beyond her consulting work, she is an Associate Lecturer, teaching Master’s and Bachelor’s courses in
Management, Leadership, and Digital Change. Parvathi holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Bachelor
of Computing degree with a Major in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore, and a
Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania.
